Ride from Lafayette to New Orleans
3-Day Fees & Rider Requirements
- Nonrefundable registration fee $100
- Minimum Fundraising requirement:
- $2,000 for a private room or $1,500 for a shared room
- Personal fundraising website will be provided
- Fundraising support and guidance will be provided

- Rider Experience
- Includes dinner and hotel room Tuesday night, May 6
- Includes dinner and hotel room Friday night, May 9
- Plan on joining us for dinner Tuesday night to meet the other riders (optional)
- Should be able to ride 90 miles at a 15 mph average including stops
- Everyone has bad days. If you find any day's ride is too much, we'll be happy to sag you forward.
You should have fun not pain.
Time, Distance & Services
- Ride Dates: May 7-9, 2025 (Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday)
- Ride rain or shine except in lightning and very strong storms
- 245 miles total, average ride of 82 miles per day
- Well marked routes, cue sheets and GPS route files
- Small size - Limited to 100 riders
- Riding with a buddy or in groups strongly encouraged
- Rest Stops every 20-25 miles
- Fully Supported with SAG vehicles, Mechanical and First Aid Support
- Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner provided
- Rest Stop snacks and daily post ride food and drink provided
- Post ride massage therapists
- Double occupancy motel accommodations provided. Single option available for additional fundraising.
- Bus trip back to Lafayette provided
- Bicycle transport back to Lafayette provided
- Tour jersey (to be worn on last day)
- Luggage bag provided REQUIRED to use
- Rider incentive: Secure a sponsor and your fundraising requirement is fulfilled
