Ride from Houston to New Orleans

6-Day Fees & Rider Requirements

  • Nonrefundable registration fee $100
  • Minimum Fundraising requirement $3,500
    • Personal fundraising website will be provided
    • Fundraising support and guidance will be provided
  • Rider Experience
    • Should be able to ride 90 miles at a 15 mph average including stops
    • Everyone has bad days. If you find any day's ride is too much, we'll be happy to sag you forward. You should have fun not pain.

Time, Distance & Services

  • Ride Dates: May 5-10, 2024
  • Ride rain or shine except in lightning and very strong storms
  • 540 miles total, average ride of 90 miles per day
  • Well marked routes, cue sheets and GPS route files
  • Small size - Limited to 100 riders
  • Riding with a buddy or in groups strongly encouraged
  • Rest Stops every 20-25 miles
  • Fully Supported with SAG vehicles, Mechanical and First Aid Support
  • Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner provided (except Houston start)
  • Rest Stop snacks and daily post ride food and drink provided
  • Post ride massage therapists
  • Double occupancy motel accommodations provided. Single option available for an additional fee.
  • Bus trip back to Houston provided
  • Bicycle transport back to Houston provided
  • Tour jersey and luggage bag provided

Ride from Lafayette to New Orleans

3-Day Fees & Rider Requirements

  • Nonrefundable registration fee $100
  • Minimum Fundraising requirement:
    • $2,000 for a private room or $1,500 for a shared room
    • Personal fundraising website will be provided
    • Fundraising support and guidance will be provided
  • Rider Experience
    • Includes dinner and hotel room Tuesday night, May 7
    • Includes dinner and hotel room Friday night, May 10
    • Plan on joining us for dinner Tuesday night to meet the other riders (optional)
    • Should be able to ride 90 miles at a 15 mph average including stops

  • 245 miles total, average ride of 82 miles per day
  • Well marked routes, cue sheets and GPS route files
  • Small size - Limited to 100 riders
  • Riding with a buddy or in groups strongly encouraged
  • Rest Stops every 20-25 miles
  • Fully Supported with SAG vehicles, Mechanical and First Aid Support
  • Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner provided
  • Rest Stop snacks and daily post ride food and drink provided
