Hotel Rules

• Each rider is required to check-in and check-out at the Red Cross/ModSpace building each afternoon on arrival and each morning on departure. This is the official verification that all riders have arrived and departed.

• Each rider is responsible for any personal hotel charges you incur. You must pay the front desk directly for your personal expenses at check out. The Tour provides the room. Additional expenses include long distance telephone calls, pay-per-view movies, room service, room cleaning and damage, etc.

• We have secured permission for you to bring your bike into your hotel room. Please use extra caution moving your bike inside your room and through the hotel so as not to cause any damage. Damage includes, but is not limited to, grease/oil stains, greasy/oily towels, carpet stains, drape stains and wall and furniture damage. The hotel will charge you a clean-up or repair fee for any damages.

• We recommend you do all cleaning and maintenance of your bike outside before bringing it into your room. Do not use hotel linens, towels or wash rags as bike cleaning rags.

• Please be careful and respectful of other guests when moving any bicycle through hotel common areas.
